2011-2012 Practice Schedule

  • Fall Practice Begins October 10th, 2011
  • What days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday
(sometimes Thursdays)

 

 Training sessions will include but not be limited to pole vaulting. We will incorporate many types of training to reach our goals. Sessions will consist of any of the following activities: 

Running

 Plyometrics 

Gymnastics

Strength training

Mental preparation

 Cross training 

Video analysis

and 

Classroom instruction.
